Nice job managed to follow the puck nicely and captured the best hits of the game.

Thanks, the puck’s definitely hard to follow. I just taped the whole game so massive props to Andrew for going through it all and editing together the best parts. Plus for making that sick intro!

nice job with the footage

Yea have to agree with Shaz, i just filmed the Bluetongues game and its pretty hard to follow the puck, he did a good job to get the footage he did. Were learning as we go along so im sure Ice Dogs TV will be better as each week progresses
Keep an eye out for the next episode that im editing at the moment, we have more goals, an interview with Willo and some amazing aerial acrobatics from Scottie

haha real funny burgs,

hey shaz and burger
i was just thinking in the nhl they are higher.
this might be a bad idea but you can always try going to where the glass is on the other side so its higher and you can watch the play develop. also if the rink would let you you could go up above the glass there is a long walking area that you could set up on it would be like a birds eye view.

under the scoreboard where vicki sits
June 1st, 2010 at 4:41 am
That’s true, we are normally just under the scoreboard.
Thanks for the suggestion, the bird’s eye view sounds interesting and i’m sure we’ll be allowed to film from there. The only issue i can think about is that the netting is going to darken the entire shot.
But there’s only one way to find out
If that end’s up being a better spot for IDTV, we’ll definitely leave you a shoutout!

yea… the net is a problem. but you could have 2 cameras set up so if it dose not work out you still got the scoreboard camera.

I can’t remember but I think the net drops there but there will be net for half of the ice.
Get a helmet cam stick it on Jimmy
June 1st, 2010 at 11:39 pm
I know it won’t be allowed but I did have a look at helmet cams previously. The same kind that motorcycle racers wear – that would be awesome! Even if it was just during training, we would get some wicked footage.
The tiny cameras that we would could stick onto the pipes are quite expensive but a second regular camera would be great to have… one day…
