After defeating the Bears at home last Saturday July 17 and tying the season series at 1-1 the BANQ Sydney Ice Dogs will be looking to take that momentum on the road when they take on the Bears at Penrith this Sunday July 25.
The Ice Dogs will be missing Andrew White and David Dunwoodie to suspension, whilst Import Matt Monaghan is also temporarily away in the United States for the next few weeks. The Bears are missing key forwards Vlad Rubes and Roberto Francini so it will still be quite the even field and set for another barn burner.
The Ice Dogs may have won 8-2 last game but won’t be taking Penrith lightly as the Bears have a solid home record. Conversely the Dogs may have a bit of a following down the M4 after last weeks performance and it could re-ignite the spark.
